The room is very nice

The location is a little off

The staff was very friendly. There was a person to help me with the check in at 2 am and he was very talkative at that time. The room was comfortable, clean and had a large modern bathroom.The staff at the restaurant was also very amicable and made the extra effort to help with my food order. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant as it has a nice vibe and the owner is walking around helping the waitresses and greeting customers.

the hotel could perhaps improve the late check in process. There was a button to press to call the attendant but I wasn't sure if the attendant could hear it. I had to wait about 10 minutes but I understand as it was 2 am.

Juste à côté de l'aéroport avant notre vol retour. Hôtel très moderne, chambres belles et confortables, parking gratuit le tout pour 50€, rien a dire ! Je recommande chaudement !

Le jacuzzi dans la chambre était top , la chambre était superbe

L’accueil est à revoir , le personnel ne parle pas anglais ce qui est primordial quand on tient un hôtel. Absence total de courtoisie, nous nous sommes senti dévisager, à croire que le sourire est payant.. l’hôtel contient un Lounge bar et une garderie pour enfants donc pour les plus sensibles du sommeil, à voir . Étonner de recevoir une facture avec le petit déjeuner sachant que celui-ci était compris dans le séjour, heureusement pour nous un client albanais était présent et parler anglais pour nous aider à faire valoir nos droits.. je pense que c’est un bon hôtel pour les locaux mais manque d’expérience dans l’accueil d’étrangers.
