The apartment was modern, with lots of storage and AC working great. It has 2 showers, which helped when we got back from very hot days of sight seeing. There is a washer/dryer combo as well. Lots of dishes in the kitchen and pots, if one wants to cook. Apartment faces the courtyard , so it’s nice and quiet at night. Location was great, walking distance to lots of attractions, good restaurants around and lots of cute boutiques and vintage shops around. Subway is a few blocks away.
We liked everything about the apartment, however, upon arrival we had to walk to the management office to pick up the keys, even though the instructions said someone was going to meet up at the apartment. Also, not a big deal for us, but it is a 3rd floor walk up with uneven stairs, so for people with mobility issues it might be a problem.

De ligging aan de rand van de Marais in rustige straat.
Beetje gehorig, maar geen last van gehad. Geen theedoeken om afwas te drogen Kleine badkamer had rioollucht

The apartment was beautiful, in a lovely quiet location, and spacious for a Paris apartment. The host was very friendly
Only issue was the main shower handle was broken, we reached out to the property and did not get a response about the issue.

Great location! Comfortable.
Property states 2 baths, however there is only 1 toilet. Outside entry door very difficult to open, need new lock and or key. This is a known issue and has been previously reported. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid. The winding uneven stairway should be noted in the description.
