Camden Apartment - Wrocław Old Town

Very modern and clean apartment. Nice interior design.

Neighbourhood was not really taken care of, a bit dark in the night so can be difficult to find.

The location was good, it was a 5 minute walk to the main square. Lovely decor in the apartment and very spacious. There was a coffee machine, tea bags and sugar, also toiletries were provided.

The only problem was there was a very loud banging noise around 8am every morning (sounded like it was against some pipe/metalwork). Not sure if this was from neighbours or works outside but very disturbing at such an early hour.

Location. Cleanliness of apartment and facilities in the apartment. Great communication from owners.

Had trouble finding right accommodation block (but probably that's our fault!)

Easy communication, central location, modern, spacious and well equipped apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment was quite disappointing. There was a significant amount of pet hair throughout, and the black and white rug in the living room did not appear to have been properly vacuumed for some time. The furniture was dusty, and there were visible dust accumulations under the bedside tables. The property would really benefit from a thorough deep clean. We were travelling with a 3-year-old who naturally plays, runs around and spends time on the floor, so the level of cleanliness was a genuine concern for us. Unfortunately, the condition of the floors made it difficult to feel comfortable letting her play freely. In addition, the radiator control in the bedroom was broken, which meant we could not regulate the temperature. The room became extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. While opening the windows helped slightly, the outside temperature was around -15°C at night, so this was far from a practical solution. As a result, sleeping in that room was very difficult.
