About this house rental

CASA DEL MAR is a cozy, fresh, thoughtfully remodeled, quaint little bungalow only a block from the beach. Located in Laguna Beach close to the famous Thomas' Donut shop. Coffee and donuts with a view?! Yes, please!! Feeling fancy? We are 6 miles from 30A/Rosemary Beach. Great for a small fam, and perfect for two. An easy walk to the beach, or just relax and chill. We look forward to hosting you!

***The space***
One block to the dedicated beach, Thomas' Donuts, and 3 blocks to a grocery store. This beach is one of the only spots on PCB that does not have high-rise condos on the beachfront, hence, the unobstructed beach access. This unit has a small front yard to enjoy your cup of joe, an outdoor shower for your use to wash off the sand and a picnic table out front to use to enjoy the outdoors.

***Sleeping Arrangements***
Our cozy one bedroom home has a Queen size bed with en suite. We do have a futon couch in the nook sitting area, we suggest a child sleep here nothing more.

Thing to note -- NO LAUNDRY ON SITE. Coin operated close by.
