The house benefits from a level of equipment allowing comfortable stays with family or friends.
It is located on a traditional "Canton" of Oléron, a set of houses overlooking a common courtyard, where life is organized for the respect and well-being of all its inhabitants.

Deposits: Cleaning 80 € - Security deposit 300 € (returned if the accommodations are returned in the condition in which it was entrusted)
Certificate of civil liability for Resorts to be requested from your home insurance.
