About this house rental
The Blueberry Bungalow is a charming single-story home featuring three bedrooms (2QN & 1KG) and two bathrooms, perfect for families or groups of up to six people. Centrally located in the UMED district, you are minutes by foot to local trails, a short 10-minute drive to downtown Anchorage, and approximately 15 minutes to the airport. This prime location offers easy access to universities and medical facilities, including Providence, Alaska Native Medical Center, APU, and UAA.
• Please remove shoes inside the house, especially cleats.
• Make certain both exterior doors are completely shut, especially in winter!
• This is a residential neighborhood, so quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• No pets of any kind are allowed, indoors or out.
• Smoking in or outside the property is strictly prohibited. Any type of smoking incurs a $250 fee and will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation.
• Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper; including feminime products. Plumbing expenses caused by guests are reimbursed by guests. No parties are permitted.

The house was just as described, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The manager was super easy to work with and very responsive. Wish we had found this place years ago but definitely would stay here again.

We came for March Madness and left rested and relaxed. This little house was cozy, a bit older home by the price was good and the place was well kept.
