On wintry nights, you'll stay toasty warm in front of one of the gas fireplaces in either the main living area or the primary bedroom. The main bedroom also has its own private balcony ideal for taking in the epic mountain view. If your traveling companions include your dogs, feel free to bring up to two of them along to enjoy the fully-fenced yard shared with the neighboring rental. The backyard is an excellent space for breathing in fresh air from the deck or gathering around the firepit for a chat. The gorgeous custom kitchen is one of the most eye-catching spaces and is sure to delight anyone who is culinarily inclined. With a spacious island, upscale stainless steel appliances, and a sleek hood vent at your disposal, you're almost guaranteed to whip up something gourmet.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Streaming services are available with own accounts.
Up to two family dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee.
High chair provided.
RV parking is available.
4x4 vehicle required in winter.
The outdoor spaces of this home are shared with the next-door duplex if it is occupied.
Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo B may be rented with Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo A as Midtown Anchorage Basecamp to accommodate up to 16 guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Nice quiet location. We had a rental car starting day 2, but did use Uber the first day, easy to get around from with either option. Property owner was great for communication with a couple of minor issues we had.

The central Anchorage location of this home was great. Home has a beautiful modern interior and was very clean. The home appealed to us as we had a group of seven adults and very few offerings in Anchorage had enough beds. Although the bunk beds would work for kids, the utility of a double bed on the bottom bunk was limited for us, as they were not designed for adults. Sadly the WiFi never worked and through four days of engagement with Guest Services and assurances that a local team would contact us and remedy the problem, the local team never responded during our six day stay.
