Welcome to our charming lakefront cottage in Dewittville! This 3-bedroom retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to unwind by the water. You'll find a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed, ensuring everyone sleeps comfortably. With lake access, a fire pit, lakefront basketball court, dock and even a pool, there's something for everyone to enjoy right on the property.
Inside, we've got you covered with all the essentials, including a washing machine, AC, and WiFi. The 1.5 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, from a hairdryer to a refreshing shower.
Whether you're paddling on the lake, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or shooting hoops as the sun sets, this is the place to create lasting memories. We're here to make sure your stay is perfect, so feel free to reach out with any questions. * The stove is induction in nature and all pots and pans are compatible. Please note pool is open Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. The dock is installed in mid May and removed mid October (weather depending) . There is no lift. The dock can accommodate one boat. *

We had a wonderful time staying at this place in Dewittville right on Chautauqua Lake! The property was well kept, clean and the backyard was right on the water front. The hosts put in a new dock which made viewing the sunrise or sunset outstanding. The enmities like the washer and dryer and the pool was a real plus and came in very handy. It felt like we were staying right at home. The hosts were excellent too, friendly and very prompt in returning communication. I would recommend staying here while at Chautauqua lake to anyone. It really is " a hidden gem" on the lake!
