About this house rental
Fully equipped & well-stocked 987 sq. ft., 2 BR/1.5 BA townhouse. Free parking at door, Smart TVs in all rooms, WiFi, laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds, pest control, fully-equipped kitchen with all you'll need and more including coffee keurig, microwave and full-sized appliances and air fryer. Sleep comfortably in bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, desk & ergonomic chair, and wall mounted smart TVs. Unit sleeps up to six people however the 3rd bed is a luxury king air mattress for use downstairs. Laminate wood flooring & tiled throughout except carpeted staircase. We are pet friendly (3 pet max - dogs & cats only) with minimal $ per pet, per entire stay fee. No smoking or vaping indside. No house parties. Home has many extras including board games, books and a privacy fenced back yard with charcoal grill, picnic table, firepit & lawn chairs. House has central air and heat (guest controls), laundry room with washer and dryer and is protected by Florida Pest Control. Central and conveniently located near I-75, a less than a 15 minute drive to UF Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Exactech Arena, Celebration Pointe, Alachua County Sporting Complex, all 3 hospitals, shopping & more. The diverse, active community, is reflective of everything Gainesville embodies (students, families & working professionals, home bodies). Friendly neighbors who may mill around in their yards, play a little music from time to time, but no safety concerns. The only downside is the lack of curb appeal. Unit has a basic look and older townhome design (nothing fancy - no curb appeal); and neighborhood is not well kept (nothing we can control). The exterior can fool you as the real reward is what's inside. We look forward to hosting you! Be prepared to email or text a copy of the primary guest's photo ID when booking. Primary guest should also be present at check-in. Video and audio enabled cameras are located on exterior only to monitor both entrances and to assist with the self check-in process.

My daughter was playing softball in Newberry. We had booked a hotel on the list for the tournament, it had horrible accommodations to the point we just couldn't stay there. Erika was wonderful with communication and full transparency of what was included in the location. The location is in an older neighborhood but it was welcoming. The house was clean and had what was needed to live in and was comfortable. Erika was kind enough to leave a snack basket which my 18 year old softball player loved. I highly recommend, while there are no frills its exactly what is needed to stay and be comfortable in the stay even at last minute!
