María’s recently renovated apartment is located in a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood in Sevilla’s historic downtown. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has been equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The large terrace is great and includes a complete outdoor dining table and sofas. The small community pool on the rooftop provides relief on hot days. We (a family of three) rented the apartment for almost four months. While the kitchen and the dining/living spaces were small, even by European standards, we appreciated the apartment’s location and its features. María is very responsive and her local property manager, Mariano, is great.
