This newly constructed 3 bed 2 bath home is the only short term rental on the Willamette River in Yamhill County.
Surrounded by mature Douglas Fir trees, this unique property offers a perfect mix of privacy and convenience to make your stay as relaxing and worry free as possible.
While lounging on the huge wrap around deck you will see only the natural beauty of the Willamette River and Mission State Park. Not even street lights or power lines will spoil your view. Looking west you will see vineyards, agriculture and awe inspiring sunsets. There are no neighbors nearby so you can relax, play some music, speak freely and just be yourself. But still have great cell reception and high-speed Satellite Internet!
When you want to chill at the house, Roku TV allows you to use your own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ , etc. accounts. And food delivery is available from a wide range of restaurants through UberEats. Or use the well appointed kitchen (stocked with basic cooking needs) to make your favorite dishes.
The lush habitat at the confluence of the Willamette River and Spring Creek, brings many visitors around the property including Deer, Great Blue Herons, Beavers, Osprey, Hawks, etc. There is even a nesting pair of Bald Eagles directly across the river. The privacy and natural beauty will make you feel a million miles from anywhere, yet the location is perfect for enjoying all that the Willamette Valley wine country has to offer:
80 minutes - Portland Airport - PDX (depending on traffic)
15 minutes - Downtown McMinnville
15 minutes - Downtown Salem

It was a great place to stay and felt very much like a home, even down to the hosts having spices/supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Definitely will return when in Oregon. :)
