Golden Mountain View is a spacious log home with sleeping accommodations for 21, perched above everything in Blowing Rock, NC. Only minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, this home’s high-elevation views and location are unmatched.
Featuring 4 floors, 2 full kitchens, 2 dining rooms, and 2 laundry rooms, Golden Mountain View is set up perfectly for multiple families or multiple generations traveling together. The Master bedroom suite on the top floor (level 4) has vaulted ceilings, long-range views, a fireplace, and a fun sleeping nook for two nearby. The main floor (level 3) boasts the central living room, vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and a King bedroom. The next level down, level 2, contains another full living room, dining room, kitchen, and a Queen bedroom. The lowest level (level 1) is where you will find a Queen, a Twin room, and the bunk room with 4 full beds, along with the game room with a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large TV.
A fire pit is available off the lowest level. The owners have added a Tesla EV charger to the property.
Proximity to Blowing Rock, multiple High Country Attractions, Hiking, and layered long-range views for miles make Golden Mountain View genuinely unique.
It is highly recommended to have a 4-wheel drive during the months of December through April due to the possibility of snow.

We had a wonderful time together in this great house. It was so close to the Appalachian ski Resort and we had a wonderful day there too.
