Public parking 900 m. Shop, grocery 300 m, bakery 500 m, café 30 m, bus stop "Champex, Le signal" 160 m. Ski lift 700 m, chair lift 1.3 km, ice rink 250 m, children's playground 500 m, fishing possibilities 30 m. Please note: lift to 1st floor. Not suitable for small children.
"Alpes et Lac 14", 1-room studio 35 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with open-hearth fireplace. Bath/WC. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.
