Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and private balcony.
Our condo is part of a secure 24-unit complex. You’ll receive a unique access code for the front entrance, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay. There is an elevator in the building for easy access to the unit.

Located in the River North neighborhood, part of the Near North Side just north of the Chicago River and west of Michigan Avenue. River North is one of Chicago’s most vibrant and sought-after areas, known for its high concentration of art galleries, a bustling nightlife scene, diverse upscale restaurants, bars, and clubs, and a lively cultural and design district. It blends historic warehouse-style buildings and lofts with modern high-rises and offers easy access to the Chicago Riverwalk, boutique shops, and the Magnificent Mile shopping corridor; downtown and major transit lines (CTA Red, Brown, Purple) are just steps away, making the area extremely walkable and centrally located. Locals describe it as stylish and energetic with excellent dining, entertainment, and urban conveniences right at your doorstep.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.
Pet Policy: We love pets, however we do not allow any during their stay.
Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the front entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

This place is must if you're looking for something different than the same old hotels in River North. The location is great, being that it's close to the Purple and Brown lines, but also not in the middle of all the congestion. Easily walkable to most businesses and restaurants in River North or Fulton Market. The property is very nice and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying here again when in Chicago. Thanks!

This condo has lots of great details - a well-stocked kitchen (including some basics like salt and pepper and oil), rugs to keep the chill off the nice wood floors, a walk in shower for seniors like my mom who can't step into a tub. Included in-and-out parking was a major plus, as is a loading zone in front of the building so luggage could get in. Many thanks to the friendly gym staff and clients on the first floor who helped me figure out how to open the key container and where to throw the trash. Josh (the owner) was also incredibly available by text, which was a big plus!
