The Space:
This apartment has arguably the best location in all of Chicago. Located in the center of River North, two blocks from Michigan Ave, you're steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.

-9 blocks from Oak Street Beach
-10 blocks to Navy Pier
Everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering great views from the full floor window...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 55 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
Up the stairs is a second living room area with couch, accent chairs, and media console with TV. This leads out to the spectacular private terrace with the best views in all of the city!
This one of a kind duplex apartment perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 6+ people and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom features a full bed. All rooms have room darkening shades. Please note, while we allow 6 people to stay in this unit, there may not be 6 regular beds and allow our guests to figure out their sleeping arrangements.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was fantastic as it was only blocks from the magnificent mile with tons of amazing restaurants nearby. The flat was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need. There is a 250 fee if you have dogs that is not listed or communicated, but the overall stay was great.

Jake and Nathan are excellent hosts. They were extremely prompt to respond to me whenever I had a question. Check in and out was easy with door codes and instructions emailed to us the day before arrival. The apartment was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs balcony was a major plus - we sat out and relaxed in the early evening after all our walking and enjoyed the beautiful view of the skyline in the evening with all the lights. It would have been a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee if the mornings had been a little warmer. The free parking space was also great and within a short walking distance. As far as location, this apartment would be hard to beat with very close proximity to attractions, restaurants, shopping - literally walk out the door and you're in the heart of downtown. We had a toddler and still walked to just about everything we did. It's a very short walk to Michigan Ave. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would definitely stay there again.
