The ground floor features a cozy terrace, while the first floor offers a bright living/dining area with smart TV, fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (pads), and fridge-freezer.
The main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and private sauna for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed opens onto two expansive rooftop terraces, each furnished with lounge sets, ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.
Guests can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, bicycle storage with bikes available, parking, and an EV charging station. Located just steps from the forest, lake, and top dining spots like La Maison and La Bodega, and only 15 km from Tournai, this peaceful retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and location.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas
