I totally recommend this lovely house! It was perfect for my folks (in their mid 70’s), so they took the master on the main level and my hubby and I took the mega spacious room upstairs with two queen size beds. Both rooms with access to their private bathrooms. The living room had a comfy sofa, large enough to fit all four of us comfortably to enjoy our TV time (although the room upstairs also had its own smart tv as well). The place was spotless, had all the necessary kitchen utensils and the location was unbeatable. My parents walked to Avalon which is a short 15-min walk (literally 2-3 min. by car). To make things even better, communication was unparalleled (we arrived really late and even though we called at nearly midnight, we were immediately taken care of!) Oh, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a Whole Foods and Publix nearby. We are totally staying here again! :)

We stayed here during my son’s cricket tournament. It’s a nice property for 2-4 people with easy access to many major roads. It is at the intersection of a major road so you do hear cars but it didn’t keep me up at night. The bathrooms were nice and towels and shampoo were included. Kitchen had basic things so you could make a meal.
