Easy check in, good value, listing has ten beach towels and 4 beach chairs and a wagon these items were not found during our stay. There are touch code locks but only a key is used to access and only one key in a code lock box. There are also seperate links away from VRBO that this company uses and must be filled out.

Very easy access to the beach and convention center. Beautiful fenced yard for pets and children. Host was very accommodating. All around comfortable and nice house!

THEIR WORDS-----The fenced-in backyard adds an extra layer of privacy and security, creating a safe haven for children or pets to play freely. NOOOOOOOOO-- false... they are in the middle of building a house in their back yard. When we arrived with NO!!!! heads up of a house being built... I texted the owner pretty pissed off. "She didnt know".hmmm... but she was really nice about it. gave us options to move to a different location or give us half off the amount for the week and a free night. Which was very nice. The builders did not come during that week... not sure why, but did come the day before we were leaving. We could not open the slider or sit outside. To loud and they were right there.. NO PRIVACY.We got there on Sunday... Monday we went out came back and there was a white PVC fence installed while we were gone separating the main house and the new house.. strange how that happened so fast. It's still not updated on the write up on VRBO or new pictures added to their site. So if you are renting this house for a big yard and no privacy.... look some where else.. If you want to be close to the beach.. then it's perfect. I have pictures but cant add them. I was just pissed seeing a house being building where we wanted to hang out and play with the dog and cook on the grill (rusty)All in all the owner was nice..about everything
