Semi-detached house "Ana", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Veli Ježenj 7 km from the centre of Pazin, 25 km from the centre of Poreč, in a secluded position, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 6.8 km, pebble beach 25 km.
4-room semi-detached house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2017: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace. Deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Alles wie beschrieben - extrem ruhige Lage und freundliche Vermieter.

Das Haus ist abgelegen, man braucht gut 10 min in die Stadt von Pazin. Wir haben das ganz bewusst gewählt und haben es geliebt. Der Pool war super. Das Haus war sauber. Wir hatten Ruhe und Freiheit. In die größeren Städte sind es jeweils 30 min, zum nächsten Strand auch. Die Vermieter sind super, immer zur Stelle und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, genau wie abgebildet. Das Haus ist irgendwo im Nirgendwo, d.h. es gibt überhaupt keine Nachbarn. Ein unglaubliches Gefühl! Der Vermieter ist ein echter Engel, der uns nicht nur mit eigenen Zucchini und Gurken versorgt hat, sondern uns ganz toll in der Kommunikation geholfen hat, als ein älterer Kroate auf unser Auto aufgefahren ist.

Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist eine absolute Alleinlage mit himmlischer Ruhe. Eine total nette Eigentümerfamilie, die in etwa 500 m Entfernung wohnt, ist sehr zurückhaltend und kümmert sich sofort bei auftretenden Problemen (Internet defektnach Gewitter). Der Pool ist sauber und kann auch ohne Badehose benutzt werden. Es kann ja keiner zusehn!
