House for 6-8 persons: approx. 113 m2 on two floors. The ground floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower, a large covered loggia with a fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV, billiard table, and an open fireplace. On the first floor (entrance from outside via the terrace), a large kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and open fireplace is located. Steep stairs lead to the sleeping loft with two single beds (140 x 190 cm each). An additional, newly furnished room is located on the ground floor of your host's house, approx. 10 meters from the main house. The room is approx. 14 m2 and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a single bed (80 x 200 cm), air conditioning, TV and its own bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private entrance via the covered terrace with another protected sitting area with table and benches.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
