Single-family house "Villa Tanne", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Štrmac 4 km from the centre of Labin, 9 km from the centre of Rabac, 9 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Private: swimming pool heated (11 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, bus stop 700 m, pebble beach 9 km. Marina 9 km. Swimming pool with hydromassage. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und mit einem riesigen Grundstück versehen. Das beste am ganzen ist natürlich der beheizte Pool, der auch von den Ausmaßen sehr schön groß ist. Der Vermieter wohnt im Nachbarhaus und es ist immer jemand ansprechbar für Fragen oder Wünsche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus war gross und geräumig, hatte allerdings zum Teil einige Mängel und veraltetes Mobiliar (und alte Matratzen). Der Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben! Der Pool war super und hat jung und alt begeistert.
