About this villa rental
This beautiful restored farmhouse is one with the harmony of traditional and modern architecture of Istria, fully restored and adapted to the modern lifestyle.
7 bedrooms, living room, dining room, large beautiful garden, grill, fully equipped kitchen. The house is located on an area of 6000 square meters, 7 km from the sea and close to Rabac, where there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. It is completely surrounded by walls and thus is ideal for people with young children.
The villa consists of two buildings that are connected. There is a pool of 30 sqm with a pebble beach, with additional amenities for a comfortable stay in the sun. Both buildings have a covered outdoor area with a dining table overlooking the park.
The house has an original, old wine cellar. On request, we can organize a tasting of local wines and traditional food from Istria. Catering can also be arranged. We also offer homemade liqueurs and fresh fruit and vegetables from our own production. The house has been renovated and furnished with reference to the criteria of natural and healthy living, and the interior itself with handmade furniture emphasizes the particular design .
One of the most beautiful parts of the Villa Giovanna is the elegantly landscaped park, where guests can enjoy the beauty of Mediterranean plants, flowers and trees. Some trees are a few hundred years old, and they provide plenty of shade in the hot summer days. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a hiking trail that goes around the villa, ideal for short walks or jogging.
This villa is located in a small Istrian village of Sumber, which is known for its wealth of unspoilt nature and wine (Šumberski Teran).
At a distance of three kilometers from the house, in a small village St Nedeja, there are several restaurants, a shop, and agrotourisms. The town of Labin is at 7 km from the house, where a variety of events for fun and entertainment throughout the year.
