Single-family house "Villa Karmen", 2 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Gljuščići 6 km from the centre of Žminj, 30 km from the centre of Rovinj, 28 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.1 km, rocky beach 28 km.

Sehr schön saniertes und hervorragend eingerichtetes Haus in einem kleinem Weiler. Geräumiger, schön gestalteter Innenhof mit schönem Pool. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Istriens, sowohl für Küste als auch schönes Hinterland.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für zwei Personen ist die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Für mehr Personen könnten Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck usw knapp werden. Wenn Sie die Möglichkeit und Platz haben, eigene Utensilien mitzunehmen, würde ich das empfehlen. Außerdem konnten wir den Pool leider nur einmal (sehr kurz) nutzen, da dieser wirklich eiskalt war. Ansonsten war alles top!

Een zeer leuke moderne vakantiewoning, die alle comfort biedt die je nodig hebt op vakantie, een zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die vlakbij de woning wonen en zeer hulpvaardig zijn als er iets is. Ideaal voor een vakantie met 4. Enige klein minpuntje is misschien dat het wat afgelegen licht en je dus vaak de auto gebruikt als je iets wil bezichtigen of naar zee te gaan maar dat zijn keuzes die je zelf moet maken de woning is perfect en het zwembad is groot genoeg en mooi afgewerkt
