Unwind in Hodges near equestrian trails and lakes at this terrific farmhouse. Two ample porches with rocking chairs and porch swings to enjoy the sunsets and stars. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, guests can relax in modern style. The property also features a spacious living room with 2 futons for extra sleeping space a dining room and kitchen with eat in bar. Enjoy the soothing shower amenities in the 2 plus half bathrooms and laundry. A great place to call home-base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay and the quite peace of a 1935 Homestead build by the Work Program as our Nation recovered from the great depression, original wooden barn, storm house, garage, work shed and outhouse, it is a gem worth seeing and enjoying, original bead board and ship lap. Enough space to bring your horse trailer, RV, or motor home-no hook ups at this time.

Overall the property is nice. It is clean and well decorated and has nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. There are a few downsides. Trying to maintain a consistant temperature in the showers is impossible. It goes from too hot to too cold. Also, there is quite a bit of road noise and the grass could stand to be mowed more often. A fire pit would be a nice addition as well since it is out a bit.

Super cute! Very well stocked with kitchen appliances, coffee, and comfortable beds and just about anything else you could need. The only downside was the showers. It was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t get the temperature to regulate. We had a great stay and we will be back!
