Welcome to our lakefront property on Sebago Lake, ME! This spacious & private retreat is perfect for up to 5 guests (3 bedrooms; sleeps 5 + rollaway bed). Spend summers boating, kayaking and fishing, taking in the serene lake atmosphere and views in the fall and spring, and winters skiing!
Here's what you can expect during your stay:
- Direct Water Access (Summer): Dive into the crystal-clear waters from our dock and raft, or enjoy a day of boating with our mooring available for boat parking. Explore the lake with our included kayaks, perfect for leisurely paddling. Dock, raft, kayaks and grill available mid Jun-Sep.
- Relaxation at its Finest: Unwind in our sauna or soak in the hot tub, perfect for rejuvenating after a day of outdoor adventures. Take advantage of the expansive deck for outdoor seating and beautiful lake views.
- Outdoor Entertainment: Our lawn is ideal for lawn games, allowing you to create lasting memories with your loved ones.
- Spectacular Lake Views: Immerse yourself in the beauty of Sebago Lake with breathtaking views from the picture window or deck.
- Modern and Clean Decor: Our property boasts a modern and clean aesthetic, providing a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

INTERIOR:
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is downstairs and offers a QUEEN sized bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs offers a QUEEN sized bed. Bedroom 3 includes a TWIN size bed. All rooms come with wall unit AC (summer). The kitchen offers the amenities for cooking and the living, dining and great room offers seating for relaxed lake gazing.
HOUSE RULES/SECURITY:
• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• No parties or underage drinking.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours between 10pm-7am.
• Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed.
• Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed.
