Мне было недалеко от места назначения. Я и выбирала, чтобы легко можно было добраться.
Комната уютная, все что нужно есть. Можно было приготовить себе еду как хотела.
Была с кошками, держала кошек сразу в душе, чтобы можно было быстро убирать за ними.
Девушки две, которые заселились всю ночь громко смеялись и постоянно хлопали дверью, а хозяева хорошие, все необходимое для проживания предоставили. Просто такие попались мне жильцы по соседству.

I liked the central location of the apartment. Old Riga is literally 10 minutes away. When there were problems with the room, the managers did all they could to resolve my problems, and they did. They evicted noisy neighbors I had complained about. When I found mold in the room, they came over twice and they successfully cleaned it up the second time. They answered any questions I had about the property. The property gave me the best for my money since I had to stay in the city for over 30 days.
As with other parts of Riga, I discovered that dampness and mold are problems, especially in basements. My room had those problems. I am not sure why the managers did not notice it before I moved in, but when I reported the problem, they took care of it, which I truly appreciated. Accommodations for long term stays like mine (over 30 days) can be high, and this location saved me money.
