Apartment Layout, artworks and views are beautiful
Entry procedures are quite difficult for people which don’t speak the language sufficiently. I understand that security procedures must be in place but it could be done more efficiently.

Fantastic view!!! You can sit inside and watch clouds flying over the Table Mountain! Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms! This is an excellent vacation home in Cape Town (except in windy days)! Despite the super noisy windy nights, we had a great stay!
We happened to experience a few very windy days there. At the 18th level, the howling wind and the loud noises of banning and squeaking of the building was a bit of a shock. That’s nature’s plan, though.

Der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Und man hatte sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung.
Überall war irgendwas kaputt. Wir hatten nur ein Schlüssel für 6 Personen. Das war wegen Pool Nutzung und Haus verlassen sehr sehr umständlich. Leider wurde auf unsere Bitte einen zweiten Schlüssel zu erhalten nicht reagiert. Personal im Haus war auch sehr unfreundlich.

The Space of the Flat was great, as well the Guy who dropped the Keys
There is a bad smell of mould especially in the kitchen area. The Flat need definitely fresh up, furniture and Main Bathroom
