Abans d’arribar l’amabilitat dels propietaris. Faciliten l’accés i responen qualsevol consulta. La casa es molt bonica i nova. Esta equipada a tope, maquina de cafè, cuina complerta i moderna. Dormitoris, llits i banys confortables. Et sents com a casa. Te wifi, bona iluminació tant natural com a la nit. Fa venir ganes de quedar s’hi més a la casa que anar a voltar. Però com que esta a la zona més bonica de Lanzarote, tot ho tens a prop.
No li puc posar cap però. Això si, si fa dies dolents i fred, cal portar roba extra, perquè la casa no disposa de calefacció, (com passa a totes les cases a Lanzarote ). Jersey i sabatilles i solucionat.

Ideal location one street back from the sea.Spacious,bright,very clean,modern apartment with brushed concrete floor and pine fittings and furniture.Top end appliances.Comfortable bed and living room.No ants,no noisy dogs.Thoughtful welcome pack of local produce on arrival (Loved the cactus and banana jam!).
Hot water takes a while to get to the kitchen.Perimeter walls of the property are low in places compromising privacy.

Very neat with a great facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utilities.
Water pressure is not very strong and took a long time to shower with warm water.
It had rained a bit lately and so a couple of rooms felt damp which was a bit uncomfortable.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhig, aber Restaurants und Mini-Supermarkt mit überraschend gutem Sortiment fußläufig erreichbar. Insbesondere für den Norden der Insel ein sehr zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.
Im Haus selbst ist alles sehr neu, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet.
Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter als wir bei der Anreise die richtige Eingangstür nicht sofort gefunden haben.
