Por poner un pero,pero no es culpa del alojamiento,el olor de la zona que es por las algas,etc y que no pudimos utilizar bien la tele ni el Netflix

Emplacement idéal à côté d une piscine naturelle, proche de 2 supermarchés et de places de parking. Le logement possède tout ce qu il faut pour un séjour d une semaine. Il est moderne et situé dans une rue tranquille... nous avons adoré séjourner à Punta Mujeres.

Le matelas du canapé lit est fin ce qui le rend inconfortable. Par contre le lit double est très confortable.

The location was good, the property was well lit

1. We expected a bit more support from the host. 2. The bathroom door was not sliding and we messaged host but was treated with cold response. 3. The water / geyser is expected to have hot water but the hot water stops after couple of minutes and it takes a long time again to get heated. This lead other person to bathe in cold water in wintry conditions. 4. We asked for sugar as this is a vacation rental and not a hotel. We again got cold response We stayed in a property like this many times at many different countries. All what we expect is a good service and a better response from the host which was not the case.
