    We are traveling with our baby and it is very noisy due to the construction

    Recently renovated to a high standard, friendly staff, clean, good location, but this is not a hotel it is a serviced apartment for long tem family residents. A bit of chaos at the morning buffet but thats fine, whats not OK is one small coffee machine for 100's of guests, so forget about your morning coffee. The main problem was a malfunctioning room door lock which had to be fixed wth a master key dispatched from the front desk. I was told by the staff "this happens sometimes" God forbid there is an emergency one day.

    Loved the service standard especially Paul who has been so helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were huge, beautiful and clean.

    As a arrive apartment, what is offer externally is nice but not enough appliances for the apartments. The design is nice but some does not Work, wires were covered in cardboard. The worst of all is you can hear people talking at hallways and fane is way too noisy to accept.
