Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα . Μοντέρνο και προσεγμένο .
Η θέρμανση δεν επαρκούσε . Πιστεύω αν είχαμε πάει με χαμηλότερη εξωτερική θερμοκρασία θα κρυωναμε . Το αιρκοντίσιον στο ισόγειο ήταν μόνο για το χώρο του καθιστικού . Το μπάνιο και το υπόλοιπο σπίτι ήταν πάγος . Το αιρκοντίσιον στον πάνω όροφο νομίζω δεν δούλευε καθόλου . Δεν ένιωθα να βγάζει ζέστη . Το πάνω μπάνιο επίσης ήταν σαν να μπαίνεις σε ψυγείο .Κρίμα γιατί ενώ το σπίτι φαίνεται ότι το έχουν φτιάξει με γούστο και διάθεση η θέρμανση ήταν μεγάλο μείον .
