De ligging is uitstekend, midden in het centrum van Nancy en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en de instructies voor het in- en uitchecken waren duidelijk, waardoor alles soepel verliep.
Het appartement heeft geen airconditioning, waardoor het in de zomer erg warm kan worden. De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant en de slaapbank is van matige kwaliteit en eigenlijk niet geschikt voor een volwassene. Je moet de bedden zelf opmaken bij aankomst. De douche heeft weinig stahoogte, waardoor rechtop douchen lastig is. Houd er ook rekening mee dat er geen lift is en dat er in de hal een onaangename geur hing.
