* Apartamento amplo * Localização excelente
* Quarto claro (precisei comprar fita para prender a cortina e reduzir a claridade) * Ar condicionado sem funcionar no quarto comum * Geladeira não gela bem * Cama minúscula (meu esposo dormiu no chão pra eu poder dormir com o bebê na cama) * Prédio sem segurança (cercas e teto do estacionamento deteriorando) *Elevador antigo (muito lento), e sem ventilação
