Não havia energia em um dos quartos. Odor horrível que vinha do banheiro social e que invadia todos o ambientes do ap. Estacionamento do ap cobrado separadamente sendo que a garagem pertence ao apartamento.

Localização
Piscina estava em reforma e não me foi informado, apartamento sem piscina é muito mais barato,paguei e 9 não pude usufruir. A mais de 1 mês que a piscina esta em reforma. Elevadores com problema, portaria virtual, deveria ter deixado disponível no apartamento o controle da garagem, tive que solicitar. Porta do Box do banheiro social não fecha, chuveiro somente frio.limpeza deixou a desejar.
