We've lived in the UAE for 7 years, and go on regular staycations. This was the first time that we had enough towels, pillows and blankets in the room. We did not have to call housekeeping, everything was available, clean and well equipped. My children loved spending time by the swimming pool. It is within walking distance to Reem Mall.
The turns going up the different levels in the parking lot were very narrow and tight. But this is no reflection on the accommodation, everything else was nice.

The directions were very clear and easy to follow
The air-conditioning was a bit slow, the temperature of the shower was not consistent and there was no mop

Everything a house has and you may need
I don’t think that there were any close buses.
No 24 hrs grocery shop nearby.
Late replies from Ola the head. Sometimes she replies after a short while, but sometimes either she replied after very long or not at all.
