The location was pretty convenient to walk to the train station and ferry terminal and the place is minimalist and clean. It was easy to get in with the lockbox code. Good water pressure, plenty of towels. The multi-split a/c system worked well to warm the rooms.

There were limited options for light and soundproofing (and the street can be noisy) and privacy, with just a shade and drapes to close off the living room/ second sleeping area. There was also very little room around the beds in the bedroom so you have to move carefully not to bang your shins. Note that the place is up one flight of stairs. Look

The property was spacious. It was good for adults traveling together.

The property was unbearably noisy. The building didn't look like a proper building, but rather a container house, which couldn't block the street noise at all. It was located on the main street, but the building didn't have any soundproofing, not even close to a regular house's level of soundproofing. Motorcycles and cars were passing by all day and night, and it was hard to get a good sleep. Also, due to the low-quality building material/structure, the property was very cold. With thick blankets, we could keep ourselves warm in bed, but when we were awake and out of bed, the place was just too cold, and we had to wear jackets inside the property. The place had a decent interior and nice ambience, but the noise was just unbearable.
