Piękny widok za oknem. Dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy dolina trzech stawów, z okna dobrze widać jeden z nich. Bliziutko do sklepów (lidl, żabka, auchan). Cicho, spokojnie. Sam budynek, w którym znajduje się aparatament gwarantuje komfort oraz bezpieczeństwo. Kawałek do centrum, ale nieopodal jest przystanek osobowy, którym można dojechać zarówno do centrum, jak i np. do nikiszowca. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (mikrofalówka, indukcja, przybory kuchenne). Sprawna winda i dobre dojście do śmietników zewnętrznych.
Sofa w salonie nie jest już pierwszej świeżości i nie zachęca do przesiadywania bez jakieś narzuty. Fajnie pomyślany balkon, można do niego się dostać zarówno z salonu, jak i z sypialni, ale brakowało mi jakieś maty osłaniającej, bo balkon jest wystawiony tuż na ścieżkę z doliny.
