The apartment is nicely designed in a new complex. A bus stop is located just outside of the estate.

The biggest issue was that the host provides only one set of keys and refused to provide a second one. The explanation was that our 15-year-old son was underage and they could not take responsibility for him. We stayed for 10 days, and our son had to leave early every morning for sports training. You cannot leave or enter the complex without the access chip. Because of the single key, I had to leave the apartment each time to open the gate for him, and again when he returned, as the gate cannot be opened from the apartment. If one of us left with the only key, the other person was effectively locked inside the complex, often having to leave the apartment unlocked. This made our stay unnecessarily inconvenient. In all the apartments and holiday rentals we have stayed in before, we have always been provided with two sets of keys, so this was both surprising and impractical. I was also surprised by a previous guest review describing the apartment as being in a "green and very quiet area." That was completely inconsistent with our experience. The apartment is only a few metres from a very busy road with constant traffic, including cars, buses and trucks, 24 hours a day. As the apartment surprisingly is without air conditioning, sleeping was difficult: you either had to keep the windows open and listen to the traffic all night or close them and endure the heat. The two fans mainly circulated warm air while adding even more noise. Based on our stay, I find it hard to understand how anyone could describe this location as quiet. The apartment has a full-size dishwasher, but there are only a few plates, bowls and pieces of cutlery, so using it makes little sense. There was also one dishwasher tablet only provided, meaning we would have had to buy an entire pack for a short stay. The mattress in the bedroom is very soft, and the springs can be felt, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Беше студено и едва след комуникация със собствениците ни донесоха отоплителен уред. Според мен можеше да бъде предварително, защото първата вечер беше некомфортно. Напускането беше в 11.30 ч. Точно под прозореца има автосервиз, а срещу сградата хотел, които създават шум. Вярно е, че беше споменато в условията, но няма да препоръчам това място.
