It was clean, comfy, the bed was really nice, big tv, coffee machine, big supermarkets nearby, its near bus and metro stations, the owner was very nice and helpful.
Theres a kitchen area however no forks/spoons or dishes, no table to sit and eat. For 2 persons we had only two towels to use for everything (bathroom, kitchen, hands).
The floor is extremely cold, the air conditioner works very well but a carpet or anything at all on the floor will make a big difference, otherwise you should bring slippers..

The apartment is located in a high rise building but has its own entrance, which is very convenient. Clean, comfortable, it is very well equipped and has all the necessary equipment for longer stays. Parking is available free of charge on the street.
Due to proximity to A. Malinov boulevard, it can be a bit noisy during rush hours, but it is not a big deal.

Location was great for me. Very comfortable bed. Kettle/fridge/microwave all working. Good soundproofing.
There are 2 apartments, they don't tell you which. Not a single mug, plate, fork or knife in the kitchen. The blinds on the door and window are not blackout. No cover on the connecting door glass, so when the light was on in the other apartment/bathroom, it stone through.
