La casa è ordinata e confortevole, e la presenza di due bagni rappresenta un ulteriore valore aggiunto.
Non mi è piaciuto che mancasse la lavatrice; inoltre la stanzetta, priva di finestre e di aria condizionata, presenta un armadio e una parete rovinata. Anche la posizione risulta poco comoda, soprattutto perché il parcheggio non è sempre disponibile.
