The host was super friendly and helpful. Recommended places to eat and things to see while in Termini Imerese. Clean room with nice balcony. Great location.

Clean. Decent shower facilities with good water pressure. Well equipped kitchen with free coffee. Glad there was a lift.
Further from the station than I would have liked. Owner failed in their duty of care to be on site for arranged checkin.Desoite them knowing they would be otherwise engaged they failed to let me know in advance , leaving me a physically disabled customer waiting for approximately half an hour in 34 degree heat. No attempt when they arrived to apologise. Process of Key for lights left me in the dark struggling after locking the door to connect the lights back up WiFi didn’t work
