Relaxing Holiday Home Near the Sea

The apartment is in an excellent location—the sea, beach, promenade, mini-markets, and cafes are all just a 3–5 minute walk away. It was also very convenient to have private parking right next to the building. We especially loved the balcony view overlooking the courtyard pool and the sea; watching the beautiful sunrises while having breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The apartment was clean, very comfortable for two people, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine. A special thanks to the reception staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommended!

Just a heads-up for those who are particularly sensitive to noise: since the bedroom window overlooks the street, some traffic sounds can be heard in the evenings and early mornings. Other than that, everything was perfect.

La habitación era muy pequeña, daba con la pared y para poder levantarme era incómodo. También se escucha la carrera que hay al lado.

Cet appartement est un véritable bijou ! Très propre, moderne, lumineux et parfaitement agencé, il est incroyablement confortable (matelas excellent, clim, ventilateurs, deux TV). La cuisine est ultra-équipée, avec petit lave-linge et deux capsules fournies, et la salle de bain ainsi que les toilettes sont impeccables. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et la mer. Le balcon est très agréable : deux chaises pour la plage et une petite table avec chaises pour prendre un café ou un apéritif (un peu étroite pour un repas complet, mais suffisant pour profiter de l’extérieur). Parking très pratique en bas de l’immeuble. Dès mon arrivée, la propriétaire avait pensé à tout : bouteille d’eau, vin avec verres, kit huile/vinaigre/sel/sucre, savons, produit vaisselle… des attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Et surtout, elle est d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exceptionnelles, réglant rapidement tout petit souci avec bienveillance. Un séjour parfait, un appartement magnifique et une propriétaire adorable : je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation, vous ne serez pas déçus ! ⸻ ¡Este apartamento es una verdadera joya! Muy limpio, moderno, luminoso y perfectamente distribuido, es increíblemente cómodo (colchón excelente, aire acondicionado, ventiladores, dos televisores). La cocina está totalmente equipada, con lavadora pequeña y dos cápsulas de detergente incluidas, y el baño y los aseos estaban impecables. La ubicación es ideal, con una vista magnífica a la piscina y al mar. El balcón es muy agradable: dos sillas para la playa y una pequeña mesa con sillas para tomar un café o un aperitivo (un poco estrecha para una comida completa, pero suficiente para disfrutar del exterior). Parking muy práctico en la planta baja del edificio.

L’appartamento è delizioso ed accogliente, perfetto per 2 persone. Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e delle marmellate. Alla reception h24 sono tutti gentili. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. È perfetto come base per vistare l’isola e l’host Cristina è stata gentilissima e subito reperibile e disponibile! Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato anche ombrelloni e sedie per andare in spiaggia, super gradite e utili!! Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare qui.

se si cucina sì possono trovare delle piccole formichine qui e là, cambierei le scope per spazzare.
