panorama molto bello, dal 6o piano si vede bene il mare; arredamento nuovo e funzionale; molto pulito; vicinissimo ad un piccolo centro commerciale con buoni locali; parcheggio privato incluso; vicinissimo all'autostrada

le chiavi vengono date alla reception; se non c'è l'impiegato, provare a cercarlo fuori, magari sta raccogliendo le foglie (come è successo a noi)

L’appartamento si presenta perfettamente come dalle foto, il plus è la vista mare dal balcone. Posizione perfetta, vicina al lungomare e alla fermata degli autobus. In casa sono presenti tutti gli accessori per viverla al meglio, anche le stoviglie ecc.

Purtroppo c’era la presenza di piccole formiche nella zona cucina. La camera da letto è dal lato della strada, per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere un problema ( 6^ piano).

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

The apartment is well equiped, however it's quite old and needs renovation. The instructions for locating the entrance of the building and the apartment are not clear. The free parking was full almost every evening. There is a need for urgent disinfestation as the kitchen is full of ants. They ask that at the end of the stay to throw your garbage. At least you are not asked to also do the cleaning. It was truly unpleasant that at check-in the guy at the reception asked to write on a piece of paper the phone numbers provided already on booking, in addition to checking ID cards. The owner is also requiring an additional check-in on another website than booking and singing a contract before arrival. For the above mentioned reasons I would not book this apartment again.
