Location
The main things I have to say is that the living room sofa needs an urgent deep clean because of the smell. Other than that, cleanness in the apartment I would rate it 8, with the mention that in the bedroom, the bed sheets should be cotton fabric and not sintetic, the tools in the kitchen should be washed after each guest and not count on the dish washing of the previouse guest. It can be considered that the apartment doesn’t have tv. It is very old, very small and does not support any movie app like Netflix, Max or any other similar movie app.
Plus, it does not have AC, big minus.
