Fantastic location with regards to how central we were
Next to a public square where it was very lively at night. Not a great nights sleep but not the apartment fault

It was so central it was great however it was noisy at night but it’s fine if you’re a heavy sleeper. The apartment had everything you would need and was spacious.
The only things were one room didn’t have air conditioning it had a fan which wasn’t very effective, and the air conditioning was smelly. There was no information left for us, so we didn’t know domestic information, everything else we could sort ourselves.

Sobretodo la ubicación. En el centro, cerca de restaurantes, transporte público y el puerto. Íbamos con una persona mayor y le resultó increíble lo fácil que llegábamos a todas partes. El piso era muy luminoso y agradable, dotado con todo tipo de utensilios para hacer vida allí. La dueña estaba pendiente todo el rato por mensajes. Tuvimos un problema importante y lo solucionó de manera proactiva. Un 10 para ella.
En realidad todo estuvo ok. Es un piso antiguo reformado como dice el anuncio y es lo que te encuentras. Como aspecto a tener tener si hay varios ocupantes es que no hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (Alicante es muy caluroso en verano), aunque hay ventiladores. También saber que la plaza de abajo es bastante ruidosa durante toda la noche.
