The central location was perfect,and the view was amazing! we also liked having our own space and home comforts. The balcony was an added bonus.
We arrived after 8pm in the evening, there was no water in the fridge and no details on locals shops etc. We had to go out searching for somewhere to purchase some basics and couldn't find anywhere. We eventually had to buy some water from a nearby restaurant. It would have been helpful to have know beforehand that it would have been impossible to find a shop open in the evening and we could have brought some things from Sardinia with us.
No instructions left for sofa bed, tv, washing machine and cooker. First night we didn't know how to put the bed down. We couldn't watch tv and the second day we struggled to work the cooker.
We had also asked for extra bedlinen for the sofa bed but couldn't find it. We had to search in the wardrobe. We found some in a plastic bag, but we weren't sure if that was for the sofa bed but had to use it anyway even though it wasn't freshly laundered, it felt like it had been in storage for some time.
We have never been asked to remove our rubbish from a property before, but we did it as instructed.

Die Lage ist extrem gut. Eine Altbauwohnung, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, alles da. Vorteil des Altbaus ist, dass die Wohnung schön kühl ist, aber vom Design eben Altbau. Untertags rattern von den Straßenblockern und Lärm von der Straße, nachts aber total ruhig.
Nur als Info: Der Parkplatz ist 600-700 Metern entfernt. Zu zweit kann man sich mit Ausladen und einer wartet helfen, alleine war es eine Schlepperei. Es gibt aber in der Oberstadt keinen anderen Parkplatz und bei den Tarifen der Straßenplätze in der Nähe des Quartiers (6 Stunden EUR 50 ist der gratis Parkplatz ein Geschenk.

Locatie nabij citadel temidden van de locals met alle voor -en nadelen
Balkon lijkt onveilig, geen vluchtwegen, om half zes in de ochtend wordt de straat geveegd met veel kabaal, op 500 meter parkeren, geen airco, gehorig. Ligging op het noorden, dus tamelijk donker
