I would stay here again!

local to beaches, coffee shops and restaurants. loved that it included parking. The room was clean with all the amenities. we didn't get to take advantage of the pool and other facilities as we were touring most of the time, but it was a nice place to come back to at the end of the night.

The view. but not much you can do for a large apartment/condo complex. Not much personal interaction w the host as everything was form texts, welcome instructions, entry instructions, etc. Would have been nice to get local suggestions/opinions on places to eat/visit.

Overall nice enough, but not as cute as the photos make out.

Living room has an awesome sunrise view! Rooms are all spacious. Kitchen was well furnished. Host was very responsive. Great coffee shop across the road, and the airport is a short drive away.

This is an apartment within a large apartment complex. It felt safe enough, but definitely rougher than I was expecting. There were a number of old mattresses outside, but I think it was just someone moving out.

Great little landing place for a weekend trip. In a perfect spot for anything you might be looking for.

It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. It was close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We were very happy with the apartment. We had a little problem with someone parking in our spot. Luiz was very responsive, helpful, and great with all communications. She made our stay very easy and enjoyable.

It was a little tricky finding the parking at first, but once we found it, the instructions made total sense. The parking ended up being as close as possible to the unit.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Newport Beach. From the moment of booking to check-out, it was clear that the host is thoughtful, considerate, and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. All of our requests were actively accommodated, and whenever we had questions, the host responded very quickly and kindly, which made our stay completely stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well-maintained, and well organized. The bedding, bathroom, and overall condition of the space made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The kitchen was especially impressive — well equipped and perfect for cooking, allowing us to prepare meals just like at home. In addition, the parking area felt safe and secure, which was a big plus when traveling with a car. Overall, this was a highly satisfying stay thanks to the excellent condition of the apartment and the host’s outstanding hospitality and communication. If we return to Newport Beach, we would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Cozy

We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was stocked better than anyplace I've ever stayed and I travel a lot. It had everything a family could possibly need for cooking meals (including a Keurig, rice cooker, blender, and even a spice rack with curry powder, turmeric, and herbs! Beds and pillows were comfortable, and both showers strong and simple to interpret. One bedroom has a Pac-Man and tennis racks. The complex's pool and jacuzzi are close to this unit; so is the parking slot. Directions for parking and entering the unit were perfect and we were about 10 minutes from the beach.

There's a lot to do to check out, but with two people helping it only took about a half hour to do the required tasks.

Great space to come and unwind from a busy day exploring nearby beaches. Very comfortable.

The space was updated and roomy. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved that the owners provided plenty of bath towels and even pool towels. Communication with the owners was great! We had issues with the coffee maker and they dropped one off promptly.

Parking was kind of weird to find at first. Balcony looks out onto an additional parking area. People can be heard all hours of the night, talking or starting loud vehicles or walking along the sidewalk at the bottom of the building. Pool was undergoing maintenance of some sort and the whole area was fenced off. Someone did say that there was another pool on the property, but it was kind of hard to find so we didn’t utilize it. While there was plenty of kitchen wares to cook for our family of five, Food did need to be made in batches as the pots and pans were considerably small.

Comfortable enough for a couple nights.

It was great that there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It made it comfortable sharing with another couple. The kitchen was decently stocked with cookware, plates, and cups. The balcony was nice, and the host was very good at communicating via text.

The neighbors were loud, and the walls were thin. The beds weren't very comfortable. Also, the pool and hut tub were under construction so we couldn't use them.

Mooi ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie verliep ook goed en het is fijn dat je zo dichtbij kan parkeren. Er zitten een paar restaurants op loopafstand. Het zwembad is ook top, en er zijn overal barbecue areas.

Terwijl we binnenkwamen kregen we bericht 'unfortunately, the balcony is undergoing last-minute renovations and won’t be available during your stay'. In mijn optiek is dat geen eerlijke communicatie. We hebben behoorlijk last gehad van het geluid dat werd gemaakt tijdens de werkzaamheden.
