We had a wonderful stay. The environment was lovely, and the apartment itself was immaculate. We were particularly impressed by the owner’s excellent communication; whenever we reported an issue, action was taken immediately. Additionally, the maid was fantastic—she was not only thorough but also very helpful in showing us how to navigate the area and providing directions to local spots.
We weren't allowed to bring the car in to drop off bags, which meant walking with all our luggage. As someone with a medical condition, this was very difficult; thankfully, a guard helped my daughter carry everything to the lift. Additionally, the walls aren't soundproof. A neighbour talked loudly on the phone late into the night for both nights of our stay. I’d suggest the host remind guests to keep noise levels down after hours.
The address 'Island Club Walkway"' is somewhat misleading, as it gave us the impression that the apartment was located within the Island Club itself, which was not the case. I would suggest the owner update the description to clarify the exact location and avoid future confusion for guests who might expect to be staying inside the Club

The facility was fine, its just that the lift closest to my unit was broken so I had to travel to the opposite side of the building. The entrance gate at the back Recreation was always open, didn't require security access which is concerning. What is problematic is not allowing drop-off's inside and having to walk to the gate everytime one has a delivery or pickup
