Vraiment Bravo.
Pas grand chose.

I marked down for the exceptionally poor customer service from the office. The lady who checked me in was good. The office is non responsive or dismissive. I tried to extend my stay another 4 days, it took to the morning I was due to leave to be told. The cleaner is already booked so you cant stay. WTF I was astounded, they declined 4 days booking because the cleaner was due in! Please make it make sense. I was requesting something positive, just imagine if you have a problem!
