This place itself deserves rating 7 at max but because of super nice and helpful OWNERS I'm giving 9. They made our stay really nice and comfortable. We loved free breakfast that was delivered on 1st day. There is friendly dog. Check in was simple and fast (with lock key box).
We arrived in winter time, and our ground floor apartment was COLD and very HUMID. There was just one electric radiator that it's not sufficient to heat whole place. We got one more radiator and situation improved but for future would be much more economical and comfortable if owners install AC unit.
There is no sound insulation so you hear loud guests and staff coming into building since bed it's just next to stairs that they lead to other apartments. We missed oven/air frier and washing machine.

Die Gastgeberin war vor Ort und hat uns den Schlüssel direkt gegeben. Man kann auch den Schlüssel direkt im Wand-Safe selber nehmen wenn die freundliche Dame mal nicht da sein Sollte. Die Kommunikation lief ohne Probleme über WhtasApp. Die Wohnung selbst war aufgeräumt, auch hatten wir am ersten Tag ein gratis Frühstück. Man kann auch weitere Tage ein Frühstück erhalten für ein kleines Trinkgeld. Alle Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hinter dem Haus kann man freilaufende Kühe bewundern, die sehr ruhig sind ;-) Also alles im allen ein sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft.
Was man wissen muss, wir sind im "Winter" in der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir hatten ca. 15°C Außentemperatur, das haus hat bis auf einen Ölradiator keine Heizung. Also wer es sehr Warm mag, der sollte eher im Sommer kommen. Für alle anderen ist das kein Problem.

Le grand appartement, le petit déjeuner (gratuit le premier matin et possibilité de payer les autres matins). Très bonne réponse rapide quand j’écrivais aux proprios par Booking. La salle de bain moderne, super douche avec pression.
Il y avait une odeur d’humidité près du lit. Je pense que ça venait de la planche qui est à la tête de lit et l’espace de rangement derrière.

Todo!!la casa es muy grande y muy cómoda, con todo el equipamiento necesario. Las camas súper cómodas!!y los desayunos en la terraza con vistas al campo y al mar inolvidables!!
Nada, fue todo perfecto. Si vuelvo a Terceira repetiré alojamiento sin duda.
